HOUSE OF AZARI currently ships exclusively within the continental United States. We offer ground shipping for all orders, excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Please note that we are currently unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, military bases, or U.S. territories.

Our commitment is to process and dispatch orders with utmost efficiency. In compliance with legal regulations, all perfume shipments must be transported via ground shipping. Delivery times with our carrier, USPS, may vary from 1 to 7 days, with a typical delivery period of 1 to 2 days within Illinois. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, nor for lost or stolen packages. In the event of a lost package, we will work diligently with you and the carrier to locate it.

Please note that orders will be shipped only after we have received your payment and completed the fragrance creation process, which can be time-consuming.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please be advised that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any products once the purchase is completed, regardless of whether the items are opened or unused.

Please note that samples are integral to the project. An advance payment is required before a sample is sent, and a project must be started. Each sample provided will contribute to the total cost of the project.

If you have a quality concern such as breakage during transportation or malfunction, please photograph the issue and email it to the carrier along with your shipment number. Please note that mailing insurance is not included in the sample and project cost; it is an additional expense. We do not handle damages caused by the carrier during delivery. For any issues regarding damaged products, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Items purchased from HOUSE-OF-AZARI.COM cannot be returned or exchanged at retail stores, pop-up locations, or any third-party retailers. Products not bought directly from our website are not eligible for return. Additionally, reselling or selling any products received from us is strictly prohibited, unless there is a mutual agreement between House of Azari and our clients.
